1. 資訊收集與使用 (Information Collection and Use)

本系統僅會存取您授權之必要資訊：

Google 帳號電子郵件 (Email Address): 僅用於識別使用者身分，並作為個人專屬檔案命名參考。

Used solely for user identification and personalized file naming references.

Google 雲端硬碟權限 (Google Drive Scopes): 本系統僅使用 drive.file 權限。這意味著我們僅能存取由本系統建立的檔案，絕對無法讀取或修改您雲端硬碟中的其他個人文件。

We strictly use the drive.file scope. Our application can ONLY access files it has created. We have no access to your other personal files in Google Drive.

2. 私密資料保護機制 (Data Protection & Security Mechanism)

針對您的私密資料（如賓客名單），本系統採取以下保護措施：

傳輸加密 (Encryption in Transit): 所有與 Google API 之間的資料交換均強制透過 HTTPS (SSL/TLS) 加密協定傳輸，確保資料在互聯網傳送過程中不會被截取或篡改。

All data exchanged with Google APIs is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS protocols to ensure security.

資料不留存原則 (No Data Retention): 本程式為前端介接工具。您的賓客資料直接儲存於您的 Google 試算表中，我們的伺服器（NAS）後端資料庫不會儲存、記錄或備份您的任何名單內容。

Our server does not store, backup, or retain any of your guest list data; it resides entirely within your own Google Drive.

最小權限存取 (Least Privilege Access): 透過使用 drive.file 範圍，本程式在技術上被限制於隔離的作業空間，無法接觸到您雲端硬碟的其他敏感資料。

Technical restrictions ensure the app only operates within its own created files, maintaining strict data isolation.

3. 第三方分享 (Third-party Sharing)

我們絕不會將您的個人資訊、電子郵件或名單資料出售、交換、出租或洩漏給任何第三方公司或機構。

We strictly do not sell, trade, rent, or disclose your personal information or data to any third parties.

4. 撤銷存取權 (Revocation of Access)

您可以隨時透過您的 Google 帳戶安全性設定撤銷本系統的存取權限，撤銷後本系統將立即失去對該檔案的存取能力。

You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account security settings.
