1. 服務用途 (Service Purpose)

本系統僅提供活動管理與座位安排之輔助功能。

This system provides auxiliary functions for event management and seating arrangements.

透過 Google API 產生的所有檔案（如 Google Sheets）均儲存於使用者個人的 Google 雲端硬碟中，其所有權歸使用者所有。

All files generated via Google APIs (e.g., Google Sheets) are stored in the user's personal Google Drive, and ownership belongs to the user.

使用者需自行負責資料的準確性。本系統不對因 Google 服務中斷或使用者操作不當導致的資料損失承擔責任。

Users are responsible for data accuracy. We are not liable for any data loss caused by Google service interruptions or improper user operations.

我們尊重您的隱私，不會收集或儲存您的任何個人敏感資訊。詳情請參閱我們的隱私權政策。
